Job summary

Delimondo Food Specialties Inc is seeking an experienced product development professional to lead end-to-end R&D for new and modified meat products. The role requires work from concept, formulation, testing, commercialization and post-launch evaluation, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end research and development of new and modified products.

Must prepare and maintain technical documentation including formulations, procedures, specs, and labeling.

Responsibilities

Assist head in end-to-end R&D of new and modified products from concept to post-launch evaluation.
Ensure successful development, quality consistency and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation including product formulation, process procedures, finished products specs, and labeling/ingredients declarations.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards and maintain confidential records.
