Job summary

Orro Philippines is seeking a Client Quote Specialist to support the ValidPro team in Manila. You will prepare quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, and managed services, validating pricing and margins across telecommunications and connectivity services.

You will work with vendors and distributors on pricing and stock availability, then update quotes and records in the system. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely renewals, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in customer success, inside sales or sales support at a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
• Exposure to telecommunications, connectivity or managed services.
• Working knowledge of vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks.
• Experience using customer relationship management or quoting systems, and vendor or distributor portals.
• Confident with Excel, and comfortable using sales data to report and prioritise.
• Sharp attention to detail and numbers, with the organisation to juggle competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable calling Australian colleagues to confirm customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, maintenance, telecommunications and managed services, validating pricing and margins.
• Quote connectivity across carriers for data, internet and WAN services, including feasibility checks, relocations and cancellations.
• Prepare renewal quotes for maintenance, subscriptions, telecommunications and managed services, flagging renewal risks and upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors on pricing, deal registration and stock availability; coordinate with sales/technical teams.
• Maintain records in quoting system and partner portals; ensure accuracy of quote data.
• Identify broader opportunities from straightforward quotes and escalate to Account Manager.
