- Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong planning and forecasting abilities.
- Proficient in surveying techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of contract specifications.
- Understanding of structural design principles.
