Job summary

Kempal Construction & Supply Corporation is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and bid document preparation for electrical/FDAS projects. The role entails preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and bid docs, with duties including site visits in Makati City.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Project is preferred. REE is a plus, but not required; willingness to be assigned to Makati City is essential.

Qualifications

Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project costing for electrical and FDAS projects.

• Skilled in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, and bid documents.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, PlanSwift, MS Project, or similar engineering software.

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or semiconductor construction projects is an advantage.

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred but not required.

• Willing to be assigned in Makati City and visit project sites as required.
