Job summary

TWA, Inc. in Cebu City seeks a Cost Estimator/Engineer to review, check and revise in-house cost estimates prepared by Project/Area Engineers.

The role ensures accuracy in all material, labor and other cost estimates and updates unit rates by area based on market conditions. You will update contract rates for third party contractors, maintain records of estimated and actual costs, and propose revisions for approval by the Engineering Head.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• Preferably 2 years related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can drive 4-wheels (Manual & Automatic).
• Can start immediately.
