Job summary

Concentrix in Cebu City is seeking a Quality Management & Training Leader to establish, implement and maintain the quality management system and training programs. You will monitor performance and drive corrective actions while promoting a strong customer-focused mindset across the organization.

This role requires coordinating audits, leading Six Sigma initiatives, and liaising with external parties to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare programs.
• Willing to be assigned to San Lazaro site.
• Strong knowledge of quality management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality management and Training system established, implemented and maintained.
• Report performance to management for review and corrective actions.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the company.
• Coordinate implementation and administration of QMS.
• Liaise with external parties on QMS and Training.
• Coordinate with sections for effective QMS and Training.
• Ensure quality surveillance audits are carried out regularly.
• Convene management reviews at regular intervals.
• Identify and implement six sigma projects for process improvements.
• Align outputs with COE Financial Targets and client satisfaction.
• Strengthen QMS processes to improve process performance.
• Liaise with process heads to identify improvement areas.
• Ensure closed-loop implementation of practices for audits.
• Ensure QMS targets are met.
