You will handle end-to-end compliant information, coordinate follow-ups, and dispatch customer letters within the complaint handling process. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in a medical device quality or regulatory capacity, with English and Japanese communication proficiency (N4+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Medical Device industry (Regulatory and Quality role).
• Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N4 or above).

Responsibilities

• Entering incoming potential compliant information into designated complaint handling system.
• Executing attempts for follow-up information.
• Delivery customer letters.
• Other processes in complaint handling.
