Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Cebu City is seeking a Supervisor, Quality to oversee transactional monitoring for multiple clients and programs at a single site. You will supervise on-site Quality Evaluators and contribute to skill development, evaluation accuracy, and performance insights.

The role emphasises maintaining quality processes, leading cross-functional improvement plans, and ensuring calibration, reporting, and training to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2-4 years of experience preferred.

• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workgroup, assign tasks and monitor attendance; input for performance appraisals according to policies and client/site requirements.
• Maintain accurate metrics of direct reports and overall team performance.
• Conduct analysis on quality performance, identify trends, determine root causes, present findings and lead corrective actions.
• Evaluate levels of process and staff effectiveness; collaborate with stakeholders to execute improvement plans.
• Lead quality taskforces with stakeholders for respective site or client.
• Ensure consistent application of quality processes and training, including calibrations, reviews, insights, and reporting.
