Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Quality Supervisor to leverage data analytics, statistical methods, and QA frameworks to improve processes and deliver accurate insights for clients and leadership. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration across teams.

You will manage data-driven quality initiatives, support client-facing meetings, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality experience in a professional setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or other process improvement tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of QA frameworks.
• Experience in client-facing activities like calibration, meetings, and reviews.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics using available statistical tools and methods.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and recommend appropriate statistical tools and methods.
• Ensure accuracy of statistical analyses and outputs.
• Design surveys, implement data collection, and analyze results.
• Create standard and ad hoc reports based on statistical concepts or models.
• Present data analysis outputs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate statistical results clearly to all levels of management.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform data analytics activities through the usage of available statistical tools, software and methods.
• Analyze data that may come from different sources and make suggestions on the correct from different sources and make suggestions on the correct statistical tools, software and methods to utilize
• Ensure statistical analysis output are accurate
• Apply statistical methods in creating survey designs, implementation and data collection
• Creation of standard and adhoc reports/ analysis based on statistical concepts or models
• Participate in internal and external reviews of data analytics output
• Assist in presenting data analysis output to internal and external clients
• Ensure that statistical results are communicated properly to all levels of management
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years Quality experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or any other process improvement tools is a plus
• Knowledge on QA frameworks
• Extensive knowledge with MS Excel
• Should have experience in client-facing activities like client calibration, meetings, and performance reviews
• Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company;
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
