Job summary

Enshored is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the overall Quality Assurance framework across programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs. You will mentor Quality Leads and drive a high-impact quality roadmap across global standards and client goals.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver executive insights, maintain compliance, and champion continuous improvement through data-driven governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; college degree accepted.
• 5+ years QA experience in a BPO setting.
• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, Six Sigma, COPC.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Certification desirable, with DMAIC/Kaizen experience.
• Strong data visualization to translate data into executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Quality leadership and people management.
• Develop and align the Quality Strategy with client goals.
• Own performance results and audit accuracy.
• Lead executive reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) with client executives.
• Advise on policy changes and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Training to drive data-driven quality.
• Oversee RCA to identify systemic risks and address governance.
