MicroSourcing is seeking a Quality & Risk Analyst in the Philippines to enhance supplier risk and quality governance. You will maintain PowerBI dashboards, manage document controls, and support governance across risk platforms for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Analytical and data reporting skills to produce clear quality and risk reports.
• Experience maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Background in document control and managing business management systems.
• Familiarity with risk and quality frameworks and standards evaluation.
• Rigorous attention to data integrity and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Research supplier risk information and draft quality performance reports and risk registers.
• Administer the company document management system and enforce recordkeeping.
• Maintain, update, and audit PowerBI risk dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Track changes to Australian and International standards and draft impact analyses.
• Support governance across risk platforms and provide user support to stakeholders.
• Maintain internal risk communications via intranet and collaboration tools.
