Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Quality & Reports Analyst in Manila, Philippines, to bridge frontline quality oversight with strategic reporting. You will audit calls and transactions, validate adherence to standards, and coach teams to improve outcomes.

You will also design and maintain executive dashboards, produce weekly quality scorecards, and translate data into actionable insights for renewal performance and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business/analytics field.
• 3–5 years in BPO operations within telecommunications or revenue‑generating programs.
• At least 2 years in sales, renewals, retention, or contract‑based programs.
• 2+ years in reporting, analytics, and data analysis in a contact center/operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight & Transaction Validation (40%): conduct daily call audits and transaction reviews.
• Validate adherence to scripts, disclosures, authentication, and data privacy requirements.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance gaps.
