Job summary

Cube Packaging Solutions in Aurora, ON is hiring a Production Associate to ensure smooth machine operation and maintain high product quality. You will pack lids and containers, document outputs, and communicate defects to the Shift Supervisor while adhering to the Cube Management System (CMS).

The role requires basic math and computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to differentiate between colors and their shades.

Responsibilities

• Check quality of products (lids/containers) at stack tops and bottoms and look for defects.
• Pack and label products accurately and securely.
• Notify supervisor immediately when quality issues are discovered.
• Maintain clean workstation and proper packaging processes.
• Print boxes and labels from Dynamics program.
• Ensure safe operation by following CMS and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
