Job summary

Poulpharm Philippines is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a motivated team committed to delivering reliable analyses and high-quality research daily. You will perform analyses according to procedures, record results accurately, and maintain equipment while contributing to safety and quality improvements.

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments and report to the Department Manager and Site Manager, playing a key role in upholding our global quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical laboratory technology, or equivalent).
• Experience in at least one active lab area: Parasitology, Serology, Bacteriology, or Virology.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to work in a global company and collaborate with colleagues from different countries and departments.
• Hands-on laboratory tasks and equipment handling, including lifting when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses in line with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Accurately record and report results.
• Prepare samples and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and comply with safety and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments.
• Administrative support as requested by the manager.
