Job summary

Poulpharm Philippines is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a motivated team committed to delivering reliable analyses and high-quality research daily. You will perform analyses according to procedures, record results accurately, and maintain equipment while contributing to safety and quality improvements.

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments and report to the Department Manager and Site Manager, playing a key role in upholding our global quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical laboratory technology, or equivalent).
• Experience in at least one active lab area: Parasitology, Serology, Bacteriology, or Virology.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to work in a global company and collaborate with colleagues from different countries and departments.
• Hands-on laboratory tasks and equipment handling, including lifting when required.

With your precision and attention to detail, you play an essential role in maintaining and improving our quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform analyses in line with internal procedures and quality standards
• Accurately record and report results
• Prepare samples and maintain laboratory equipment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality guidelines
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments
• Administrative support based on the manager’s requests.

You will work closely with your colleagues in the lab and report to the Department Manager and Site Manager

What do we expect from you?

• A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical laboratory technology, or equivalent)
• Relevant experience in at least one of the following active laboratory areas: Parasitology, Serology, Bacteriology, or Virology
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work in a global company and collaborate with colleagues from different countries and departments
• Willing and able to perform hands-on laboratory and processing activities, including handling laboratory materials and equipment, as well as occasional lifting as required by the role
