Job summary

Kaertech Limited in the Philippines seeks a Quality Control Inspector to conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections using visual, mechanical, and electrical/electronic testing to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.

The role includes performing quality audits, preventing non-conforming products, and supporting the company’s quality objectives, with hands-on use of MS Office and common inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High School completion is required.
• Experience with inspecting PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with measurement and inspection tools (microscope, caliper, LCR meter, DMM, VMM/CMM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspection activities using visual, mechanical, and electrical/electronic tests.
• Conducts in-process quality inspection and audits to verify products meet process requirements.
• Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent shipment of non-conforming products.
• Performs other related responsibilities to support individual objectives or company goals.

Job description

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections using various visual, mechanical, and electrical/electronic testing techniques to ensure product quality and compliance with specified requirements. The role also performs quality audits and other related duties to prevent non-conforming products and support the company’s quality objectives and overall goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspection activities by means of different inspection techniques such as, but not limited to, visual, mechanical and electrical/electronic tests.
• Responsible for in-process quality inspection and audit activities to verify that products are produced according to specified process requirements.
• Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent potential shipment of non-conforming products.
• Performs other related responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her either in support of his/her individual objectives or the company’s goals and targets.

Must Have

• Completed at least High School
• Background in the inspection of PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
• Preferably familiar in the use of measuring and inspection tolls such as microscope, caliper, LCR Meter, Digital Multimeter, VMM/CMM
