Job summary

Sagility, a global BPM and healthcare technology leader, seeks a Quality Review & Audit Analyst in Quezon City. The role collaborates with leadership and clients to ensure quality standards, streamline processes, and SOP adherence.

Strong communication and analytical facilitation are essential to drive improvements and meet audit expectations. Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years in customer service, high school education (GED acceptable), and exposure to Six Sigma green belt concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review calls, emails, and chats for accuracy and identify opportunities to analyze trends from listening sessions.
• Identify and recommend improvements in processing and procedures; assist in developing audit guidelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert and a resource for team members.
• Participate in quality initiatives to address error trends and process improvements.
• Facilitate calibrations at national and site levels with clients.
• Use data sources to create analyses that identify service deficiencies.
• Champion remediation or proactive initiatives to improve quality.
• Represent the team in internal and external audits.
• Drive quality performance by spotting opportunities to improve processes.
