Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit a sampling of inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email.
• Report evaluation results to Quality Leadership and other stakeholders.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency.
• Contribute to internal quality audits to improve processes.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, services, and program strategies.
• Support management focus on metrics and processes that drive performance.
