MinebeaMitsumi Philippines in Danao, Cebu seeks a Quality Engineer to drive defect reduction and process improvement. You will perform root-cause analysis, monitor process data (Cpk, control charts), and implement CAPA while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

We welcome fresh graduates; relocation is possible for candidates outside Cebu, and there is a strong focus on professional growth with annual merit increases and premium shift rates.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering.
• 1–2+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality control principles.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
