Job summary

Isuzu Philippines Corporation in Laguna seeks a Quality Engineer to collaborate with local and international teams to uphold production quality standards.

You will analyze deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to quality documentation such as inspection manuals and process matrices. The role requires a mechanical engineering background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of quality standards and risk assessment practices.
• Strong understanding of production processes and technical aspects.
• Able to thrive under high pressure with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license.

• Generates and updates quality standard documents (inspection manuals, matrixes, and travel cards).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.

• With at least 2 years of related experience; experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in the Quality Standard and risk assessment practices.

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the technical aspects of production process.

• Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (oral and written).

• With valid Driver's License.
