Job summary

Advanced Energy Philippines is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to execute product and process controls per the control plan in collaboration with production and engineering teams. You will lead 8D problem resolution and coordinate with SMT operations for timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical/vocational graduate in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality or related field.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiar with electronics components, their operation and applications.
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
• Assertive, adaptable, and a strong team player with good leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance to production control plans and manufacturing process requirements.
• Ensure containment, rework, and inspection processes for non-conforming product; lead disposition.
• Quality lead on problem solving; drive 8D process; meet customer/internal response times.
• Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, evaluating options, and implementing action plans.
• Have authority to stop any process or product delivery for non-conformance or risk.
• Release and review Purging Notice, Quality Alerts, CTQs, MRB, RMA, ECO, PRS, and WIS.
• Generate and release weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
