Job summary

EAST ASIA LABORATORIES INC. in the Philippines seeks a skilled QC Supervisor to oversee QC activities, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain high product quality. You will review critical records, lead audits, and manage investigations related to deviations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Pharmacy, 3–5 years in QC, and supervisory experience. On-site work at facilities in San Mateo, Rizal and Marikina is expected, with shifting schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Licensed Chemist preferred/required depending on regulatory requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or laboratory environments.
• Supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, QMS, SOPs, documentation control, and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QC personnel and ensure smooth QC operations
• Review In-Process Monitoring Records for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission
• Prepare weekly work schedules and adjust staff assignments as needed
• Review and verify the correct revision of Master Batch Records/Packaging Batch Records before release to Production
• Conduct inspections of production areas and warehouses to ensure GMP compliance
• Review and approve PMIRs and corresponding approved stickers
• Conduct internal GMP audits of production areas and warehouses
• Conduct audits of new raw material and packaging material suppliers
• Analyze validation, product quality review, and product stability data and prepare corresponding reports
• Handle investigations related to product complaints and process deviations
