Job summary

Aldrtz Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Quality Control Head to lead laboratory operations, ensure product quality, and uphold GLP standards across manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate holds a chemistry degree, is a licensed chemist, and brings at least 5 years in QC/lab operations with strong analytical and leadership abilities to develop and implement QC procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry required and licensed Chemist status.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Laboratory Operations.
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis, lab testing, sampling, and QC procedures.
• Familiarity with GLP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing QC methods and specs.
• Knowledge of analytical instruments, calibration, validation, and maintenance.
• Experience in investigating OOS results and applying CAPAs.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and develop QC personnel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on product quality, accuracy, and compliance.
