Job summary

Bonafide Trainology Placement Services in the Philippines is seeking a quality assurance professional with a bachelor's degree in engineering and 1–2 years in QA/QC within manufacturing. You will participate in audits, inspections, CAPA, data analysis, and generate quality reports to support continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on use of QC tools, calibration, maintenance, and collaboration with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in quality assurance/control in manufacturing.
• Experience with audits, inspections and quality reports.
• Hands-on with QC tools and equipment, including calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Familiar with CAPA processes.
• Experience coordinating with production, engineering, maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing standards.
• Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
