Manila Recruitment seeks a Quality Control & OSH Officer to oversee quality assurance, hygiene, safety, and traceability across hatchery, grow‑out, and processing operations in Iloilo and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes implementing the IMS, HACCP, and environmental controls while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive QC/OSH experience in aquaculture or seafood sectors and will drive continuous improvement and compliance with export standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of experience in quality control, OSH, or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in aquaculture, fisheries, or seafood sectors.
• Knowledge of export quality standards and HACCP compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and OSH across hatchery, grow-out, and processing operations.
• Maintain hygiene and biosecurity standards; ensure traceability of products.
• Lead IMS establishment and ongoing improvement for quality, safety, and environment.
• Design and implement sanitation, HACCP plans, and cleaning/disinfection schedules.
• Manage safety policies, PPE usage, and Zero Accident culture.
• Coordinate with production, processing, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
• Conduct field visits across sites and ensure regulatory compliance in the Philippines.
