Job summary

Qualifications

Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Management Systems (GMP/SSOP/HACCP)
Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, presentations)
Effective written and verbal communication
Strong collaboration with production teams on quality culture

Responsibilities

Ensure customer product standards and specifications are met in operations
Monitor critical control points (temperature, chlorine, foreign object detection)
Ensure GMP/SSOP/HACCP/QMS compliance and sanitation
Identify deviations and initiate corrective actions
Support product segregation, tagging, and documentation of non-conforming products
Ensure SAP controls, inventory and variance management
Conduct special projects and technical studies as assigned
Demonstrate commitment to safety and continuous improvement
