Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation established in 2018. The company operates farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, and related facilities nationwide, focusing on poultry production and processing.

We are hiring a Quality Control Inspector in Pagbilao, Quezon. The role requires knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and food safety systems, with strong attention to detail and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel nationwide is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Graduate of any 4–5 years course in Engineering is advantageous but not required, Business Management, or a related field.
• Work experience: At least 2 years' relative experience in a food industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.
• Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure and Quality and Food Safety System are implemented throughout the operation.
• Ensure orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities such as Wastewater Treatment and Rendering Plants.
• Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
• Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation established in 2018.

SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition, and healthcare.

Qualifications

Good Communication skills both oral and written

Highly mobile and/ or can travel anywhere in the country at any time.
