Job summary

FOURMANN CO. in Albuera, Leyte seeks a seasoned Quality Control Head to lead QA across production lines and ensure product quality.

The ideal candidate holds a 4- or 5-year science degree and has at least 3 years of relevant experience in the food industry, with strong GMP, HACCP, SSOP knowledge and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required to manage reports and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology/ Biology or related science.
• Minimum 3 years experience in food industry as Quality Control Head.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP and Quality & Food Safety Systems.
• Awareness of Environmental, Safety and Health policies; preventive maintenance.
• Strong written and oral communication; leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.
