Job summary

MRC LINK EXPRESS COPR. is seeking a Quality Control Associate to monitor and ensure quality and compliance of logistics operations across branches, identifying SOP violations and inspecting parcel transactions.

You will monitor COD and RTS transactions, resolve issues, and prepare operational and penalty reports in collaboration with Customer Service and management.
