Incoming Inspector
Inspects parts according to documented instructions.
Checks the submitted documents from Supplier vs. actual delivery.
Measures the parts based on critical dimensions indicated drawing.
Prepares necessary documents for inspection.
Issue RS/IS (Rejection Slips/Information Slips) for non-conforming products found.
Provides feedback to immediate superior for any related quality issue.
Conducts XRF checking (RoHS and Plating) based on the documented instruction.
Carries out tasks as instructed by immediate superior.
On-line Inspector
Inspects parts or Finished Goods products according to documented instructions.
Measures critical Dimension of accessories based on respective drawing.
Verify appearance and construction of Keep Sample based drawing before start of inspection.
Prepares necessary documents for inspection.
Records data of inspection and regularly submits to direct superior.
Issue RS (Rejection Slip) for non-conforming products found.
Provides feedback to immediate superior for any related quality issue.
Carries out tasks as instructed by immediate superior

QC Documentation
Measures Keep Sample according Process Control Record (PCR).
Inspects the appearance and construction of Keep Sample according to Philippine Test Inspection (PHTI) and respective drawing.
Confirms Production Order (PO) on J1 System every partial delivery to Warehouse end of PO
Stores Keep Sample after finished production and corresponding production history.
Prepares Inspection Report in every lot to be submitted to Customer.
Issue RS (Rejection Slip) for non-conforming products found.
Manage the products located at hold area, archive keep samples and QC/QA files.
Provides feedback to immediate superior for any related quality issue.
Carries out tasks as instructed by immediate superior.
Outgoing Inspector
Assure quantity of product based of Article/Box/D label.
Inspects Labels vs. Production Order.
Assures correctness of delivery based on Shipment Delivery Notes
Prepares necessary documents for inspection.
Issue RS/IS (Rejection Slips/Information Slips) for non-conforming products found.
Provides feedback to immediate superior for any related quality issue.
Job Requirements
At least High School Graduate or Junior/Senior High School Graduate/ College Undergraduate/ Vocational Graduate
Preferrably with working experience as inspector.
20/20 or with corrective glasses.
Willing to work in shifting schedule (morning & night) every 2 weeks or every shift.
Willing to work at prolonged standing.
Willing to work on Sunday and Holiday schedule.
Willing to work immediately.
Willing to be assigned at JAE Phils. Inc. Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite
