Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to be based onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. You will evaluate customer interactions, analyze data, and ensure adherence to client requirements and policies to boost service quality.

You will report to the QA Team Lead and support SOPs, quality definitions, and reporting. The role offers opportunities for training, career development, and a competitive compensation package with bonus possibilities.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores.
• Review and audit KPIs for operations and quality.
• Coordinate audits and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation.
• Assist with SOPs, quality documents, and reporting formats.
• Support data analysis of quality reports and develop additional reports when needed.
• Perform special projects including training development and other duties.
• Be flexible to work onsite, offsite, or remote as needed.
