• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and improving business processes, standard operating procedures, or quality documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

A Day in the Life

The Quality Assurance function is responsible for driving quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across business processes, operational activities, and service delivery. The team partners with cross-functional stakeholders to establish quality standards, enhance operational performance, and support scalable business practices through process optimization, project execution, and digital transformation initiatives. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for supporting quality assurance programs, process improvement initiatives, and operational excellence activities across the organization. This role partners with stakeholders to evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, manage quality-related projects, and help implement automation and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, or similar technologies.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other generative AI solutions in a business environment.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management methodologies.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
