Job summary

Rua Seguridad Corp. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Marilao, Bulacan to conduct lab testing, quality inspections, and documentation to ensure materials and processes meet approved standards.

The role requires a Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree and 1–2 years of QC/QA or lab testing experience, with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Monday–Saturday on-site position with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of QC/QA or laboratory testing experience.
• Knowledge of TRM, Bitumen and Coldmix.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail in testing, calculations and documentation.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods (thermoplastic road marking, bitumen, Coldmix).
• Perform quality control and assurance checks to verify compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Ensure accurate testing, calculations, test results, and data interpretation.
• Complete testing and release activities within established timelines.
• Prepare and maintain COAs and QA/QC documentation.
• Identify quality issues, support root cause investigations, and monitor CAPA.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and other teams regarding quality concerns and product specifications.
• Maintain proper laboratory practices and testing records.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control and assurance activities to ensure that raw materials, finished goods, and production processes meet approved quality standards and specifications. The role will perform laboratory testing, quality inspections, documentation, and support the investigation and resolution of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods, particularly thermoplastic road marking (TRM), bitumen, and Coldmix products.
• Perform quality control and assurance checks to verify compliance with approved specifications and testing procedures.
• Ensure accurate laboratory testing, calculations, test results, and interpretation of data.
• Complete required testing and release activities within established timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate test reports, inspection records, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and other QA/QC documentation.
• Identify product quality issues, support root cause investigations, and implement or monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and other relevant teams regarding quality concerns and product specifications.
• Maintain proper laboratory practices, testing records, and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or laboratory testing.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Control, Thermoplastic Road Marking (TRM), Bitumen, and Coldmix.
