We are looking for a detail-oriented and licensed Chemical Engineer with a valid Chemical Technician (ChemTech) License to join our Quality Assurance (QA) Laboratory team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting physical and chemical testing of cement samples, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and chemical testing of routine, shipment, and special cement samples in accordance with the company's Quality Plan and established laboratory procedures.
• Evaluate test results and related quality information to ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) requirements.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, calibration, and housekeeping of laboratory testing equipment, apparatus, instruments, and chemicals.
• Implement and comply with relevant policies, procedures, and programs under the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to projects that enhance laboratory efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
• Strictly observe Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures, promote a safe working environment, and actively participate in safety-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
• Perform other laboratory and quality-related duties as assigned.
