Qualifications

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work on-site in Metro Manila.
• Familiarity with ERP or business management systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is beneficial.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Specialist role based in Metro Manila. The Quality Assurance Specialist will monitor and evaluate product and process quality across projects, ensuring adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, preparing documentation and reports, performing root cause analysis, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of quality policies, procedures, and best practices. The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and reliability across Retail Associates’ solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure products and processes meet defined standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality systems and policies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to support compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to plan, conduct, and document internal and external audits.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
• Experience in quality-related roles within technology, retail, manufacturing, or service industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site in Metro Manila.
