Job summary

YSS Laboratories Co., Inc. is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure quality inspection of incoming materials in line with cGMP, GLP, GDSP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

You will sample and inspect raw materials, packaging, bulk products, and finished goods, prepare and review reports, labels, and dispositions, and support audits and continuous improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with potential relocation to Cavite as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Graduates with BS Pharmacy or BS Chemical Engineering, preferably licensed.
• Minimum six (6) months relevant experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical device, or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDSP, GLP and regulatory requirements.
• Possesses good analytical ability.
• Proficiency in inspection, sampling, and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDocP, GDSP, SOPs, and safety regulations across all QA inspection activities.
• Perform sampling and quality inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished goods in accordance with approved specifications and procedures.
• Prepare, review, and manage inspection and proofreading reports, affixes material status labels, and processes document disposition accordingly.
• Handle retention samples, endorses products for laboratory testing, reports non-conformances, and assists in quality investigations and audits.
• Support operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration, inventory and resource management, proper waste disposal, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for quality inspection of all incoming materials in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensures full compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDocP, GDSP, SOPs, and safety regulations across all QA inspection activities.
