Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent Services & Support, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Associate to turn quality cases into lasting improvements.

You will manage nonconformity and quality cases through SAP and QMS, coordinate with responsible teams, and drive CAPA to resolution. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Quality Management in MedTech/Pharma or manufacturing, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or a regulated environment such as MedTech, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in nonconformity or quality case management, including case assessment, assignment, follow-up, and closure.
• Hands-on SAP experience and experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Understanding of CAPA and quality-related workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple cases and stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Non-conformity and Quality cases using SAP and QMS processes.
• Assess quality cases and assign them to the appropriate teams or process owners for CAPA.
• Follow up on assigned actions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Monitor quality data, KPIs, and non-conformity trends to identify recurring issues and improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and provide data to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support consistent quality processes and improvements.
• Ensure quality cases and actions align with QMS procedures.

Profile description:
