• Supervise QA inspectors on the production line.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct and oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure that rejected or non-conforming products are properly identified, segregated, and handled.
• Perform other duties related to quality assurance as assigned by the QA Supervisor or Manager.
