Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
• 10+ years as QA Manager in leadframe or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Knowledge of environmental laws and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for compliance with approved specs.
• Ensure quality and reliability of each product produced.
• Initiate corrective actions for non-conforming materials and customer complaints.
• Determine disposition of non-conforming products.
• Review and approve inspected products, direct materials, packaging materials.
• Qualify inspectors, testers, and calibration operators.
• Approve Certificates of Conformance.
• Analyze customer complaints and determine actions.
• Act as Quality & Environmental Management Representative (QEMR).
• Prepare audit plans and assign lead auditors for QA and environmental audits.
• Participate in management review meetings.
• Communicate quality standards to QA, Production and other personnel.
• Review client feedback to identify improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
