Job summary

Microtop Philippines, Inc. is seeking a QA Assistant Manager to support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining the QMS and ensuring products meet customer requirements and standards.

The role drives continuous improvement and leads the QA team to uphold world-class manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in QA within manufacturing, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, and strong ISO 9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and technical course.
• 5-8 years in QA within manufacturing, with 2-3 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
• Experience in quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, PPAP).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager in planning, implementing, and maintaining the QMS.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspection activities.
• Lead investigations of customer complaints and quality issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
