Job summary

Haesung DS Philippines Inc. is seeking a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance department in Pampanga. The role demands supervising QA staff, enforcing ISO/IATF 16949 and EMS standards, and ensuring products meet stringent specifications.

The incumbent will prepare QA plans, manage internal and external audits, review feedback, and drive corrective actions across production and direct materials. A strong background in leadframe/semiconductor QA is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any Engineering course.
• At least five (5) years experience as QA Manager in a leadframe / semiconductor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of all products and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Approve Certificate of Conformance and final disposition of non-conforming products.
• Lead and qualify inspectors, testers, and QA staff.
• Prepare and review Quality Assurance Plan and audit plans.
• Act as Quality & Environmental Management Representative (QEMR).
• Communicate quality standards to QA, Production, and other staff.
• Review client and customer feedback and drive corrective actions.

Job description

Statement of Duties

• 1. Responsible for the general specifications and standard of the product.
• 2. Checks and inspects that products follows specifications.
• 3. Responsible for the quality of each product.
• 4. Requests corrective action for non-conforming elements such as the direct materials, products, complaints and verifications.
• 5. Determines disposition of non-conforming product.
• 6. Handles final approval of inspected products, direct materials and packaging materials.
• 7. Qualifies inspector, tester, special process operator and the calibration operator.
• 8. Approves Certificate of Conformance.
• 9. Prepares and reviews Quality Assurance Plan.
• 10. Analyzes and makes disposition on customer complaints.
• 11. Act as Quality & Environmental Management Representative (QEMR) of the company.
• 12. Prepares audit plan and assigns lead auditor every internal/external quality & environmental systems audit.
• 13 Participates in the Management Review Meeting .
• 14 Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, Production team, and
• 15 other appropriate staff.
• 16 Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• 14 Performs other duties as assigned.
