Job summary

Samzuk is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee testing and delivery, develop standards, and monitor quality metrics. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and timely releases while guiding the QA team and collaborating with senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least 2 years in QA, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• 1. Help oversee every phase of testing and delivery to verify if the product meets the quality standards and deliver on time
• 2. Create standards and procedures for developers to follow
• 3. Collect data and keep track of quality metrics
• 4. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• 5. Test current products and identifying deficiencies
• 6. Suggest solutions to identified product problems or assist employees in solving work problems
• 7. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
• 8. Investigate the causes of non-conforming units and train users to implement solutions
• 9. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• 10. Training other quality members on all inspection processes
• 11. Perform other duties that may assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Great in written and oral communication

• 1. Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of any related course
• 2. With a minimum of 2 years working experience related in the applied position
• 3. With extensive experience with a variety of different testing techniques and QA tools and processes
• 4. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• 5. With good supervisory and interpersonal skills; Time-management skill
