Ubiquity seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to conduct end-to-end testing across software applications, websites, and technical products. You will identify, log, and resolve defects to ensure high standards of functionality and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, planning and executing tests, managing defects, and collaborating with developers to improve product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both engineering colleagues and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL or backend scripting languages.

• Test Planning & Execution: Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications or team discussions.
• Defect Management: Identify, reproduce, log, and track software bugs, edge cases, and performance glitches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with developers to report defects, suggest root-cause fixes, and recommend product improvements.
• Quality & Compliance: Validate data accuracy, backend functions, and system performance to ensure strict adherence to internal standards and user requirements.
• Continuous Support: Perform other QA-related tasks and duties as assigned to support release cycles.
