JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a QA Documentation Assistant to support the Quality Assurance team in preparing and revising quality documents. You will help process Inspection Reports and distribute them to customers, and prepare monthly summary reports based on QA data.

Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of ISO and IATF standards along with MS Office proficiency are preferred to ensure accurate documentation and compliance across QA activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree course.
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF certificates.
• Familiar with QA documents and procedures.
• Computer literate with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Engineer in the preparation and revision of quality documents.
• Ensure processing of inspection reports and email copies to customers.
• Prepare monthly summary reports based on Quality Performance Data.
• Support achievement of section objectives as directed.
