Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree Collegiate Graduate in Food Sciences or Food Technology (preferred). Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• At least 6 months of QA/QC experience in food production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor CCPs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Verify sanitation and hygiene practices of staff, equipment, and facilities.
• Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and CAPA follow-up.
• Ensure traceability of ingredients and finished goods through labeling and batch documentation.
• Train production staff on GMP, food safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to evaluate recipes, shelf life, and packaging impact on quality.
• Monitor storage and transport conditions to maintain product integrity during distribution.

Basic Qualifications

• Willing to work fulltime on-site in Quezon City in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Verify sanitation procedures and hygiene practices of staff, equipment, and facilities.
• Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and quality issues; follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure traceability of ingredients and finished goods through accurate labeling and batch documentation.
• Train production staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to evaluate new recipes, shelf life, and packaging impact on product quality.
• Monitor storage and transport conditions to ensure product integrity during distribution.
