Job summary

Nuevo Milenio, Inc. is seeking a QA Assistant to help ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of feed additives across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.

The role involves supporting in-process inspections, COA review, and documentation management to maintain product integrity and audit readiness. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will gain hands-on exposure to GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or related field
• At least 1 year of QA experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of QA, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with COA review, inspections, and documentation is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Support QA standards and compliance for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Take part in inspections and labeling checks, ensuring COA conformity.
• Maintain audit-ready QA documentation and assist in CAPA tracking.
• Assist in non-conformance handling, recalls, and traceability efforts.
