OrangeApps Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in cashiering, financial transactions, or other transaction-based roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the accuracy, quality, and compliance of cashiering and system-related processes.
This role plays an important part in maintaining operational accuracy, minimizing errors, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving service and transaction processes across OrangeApps Inc. platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits and evaluations of cashiering, payment, and other transactional activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Review sales transactions, payment processing, refunds, adjustments, and reconciliations within OrangeApps Inc. systems.
- Identify errors, discrepancies, process gaps, and potential compliance issues; accurately document findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate quality performance reports and audit findings to management on a regular basis.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to investigate quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and improve existing workflows.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and implementing Quality Assurance guidelines, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Monitor recurring issues and quality trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Support training and coaching initiatives based on audit findings, performance results, and identified areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, data accuracy standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of audit results, findings, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail, sales operations, finance, accounting, or other transaction-heavy roles.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Audit, Compliance, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, payment platforms, cashiering systems, or financial transaction systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential and transaction-related information.
