Job summary

Macquarie Group's Commodities and Global Markets Client Fulfilment team is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support governance, reporting and operational processes across the business. You will contribute to workforce and financial management, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely updates and communications.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements and opportunities to develop reporting capabilities using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Management, Operations, PMO, administration, reporting, communications or a related support function.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, data reconciliation and presentation development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing management updates and engagement materials.
• Experience analysing workforce, financial and operational data and building dashboards.

What role will you play?

The Business Management Analyst supports the delivery of Client Fulfilment Business Management activities, coordinating governance, reporting, communications, and operational processes. The role contributes to workforce, financial, engagement, and governance management while ensuring accurate and timely reporting and administration.
