This high-volume, fast-paced role requires speed and consistency, with a morning shift in Philippine Time and occasional hours overlapping EST to coordinate with the US team. Junior to mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

About The Role

Pogo is hiring a QA Analyst to review the video interviews that come through its AI Interviewer product. You'll check videos against a defined set of criteria and double-check the videos that Pogo's internal AI tool has already screened—catching anything the AI missed before it reaches the client.

This is a high-volume role (100+ videos a day). Most of that volume is fast, focused double-checking rather than a first-pass review, so speed and consistency matter as much as accuracy.

This role is open to junior to mid-level candidates.

What You'll Do

• Review Videos: Evaluate content against Pogo's QA criteria for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Audit AI Screening: Double-check videos already processed by Pogo's internal AI tool, flagging anything it got wrong or missed.
• Maintain High Output: Work through a high daily volume (100+ videos), focusing primarily on quick, precise double-checking.
• Feedback Loop: Flag recurring issues or patterns to the team so both the AI tool and QA criteria continuously improve.

What We're Looking For

• Video Content Familiarity: Comfortable navigating and evaluating video (formal editor experience is not required).
• AI Tool Literacy: A basic understanding of AI tools and how AI-assisted review workflows operate.
• Volume & Detail Focus: Comfortable executing repetitive, detail-heavy tasks at speed without sacrificing accuracy.
• Experience: Junior to mid-level. Prior experience in QA, content moderation, or video review is a plus, but not required.

Role Structure

• Reporting Line: You'll report directly to one of Pogo's Customer Success leaders.
• Work Schedule:
  • Primarily a morning shift (Philippine Time / PHT).
  • 1–2 times a week, hours shift to Eastern Standard Time (EST) to overlap with the US team.
