Job summary

Lancesoft APAC in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Analyst for the Logistics Account. You will evaluate and score service channel sessions according to QA standards and provide QA reports to management and agents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of QA experience (BPO preferred), strong English skills, data analysis, empathy, coaching, and collaboration. Office-based in McKinley, Taguig with night shifts to align US time zones.

Work Setup

• Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig (office-based), Night Shift with flexible scheduling options to accommodate US time zones.
• Flexible to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Holidays.
• Can start immediately.
